Giant's new 2017 XTC Advanced 29er
Giants all-new, XTC Advanced 29er 2 has just arrived in-store. This high-performance hardtail gives you the speed and stability of a 29er with the unique option of being able to convert it to 27.5+ wheels for more adventurous terrain. It can also transform into a singlespeed adding even further versatility.
What was previously Giant’s race proven hardtail, has now become a rather versatile trail weapon. The all-new frame features wider ‘Boost’ axle spacing, enormous tyre clearance, newly designed horizontal dropouts, and Giant own handcrafted High-performance grade raw carbon fibre and custom resin composite frame.
Currently, the new XTC Advanced range is only available in the 29er version, but changing the wheels yourself is an option. There have been rumours from Giant NZ about a mid-season launch of a 27.5+ model being released, fingers crossed.
