2016 Giant Trance Advanced 1
The Trance is always popular. Goes anywhere and everywhere. 140mm travel, 67 degree head angle. It's an all-around great trail bike.
The 2016 Trance Advanced 1 saw a lot of changes this year, going with a Shimano/Fox spec. Have a look.
The big news here is the fork. The 1-level Trances now come with a Factory Float 34. Last year's RS Revelation had 32mm stanchions, which are good for 100-120mm travel, but a little too flexy at 140mm. So, for a Trance to come spec'd with a Factory Kashima 34 (with new 2016 FIT4 damper and Open Mode Adjust), directly from Giant is pretty awesome.
The 2016 Fox Factory shock also features their new EVOL (extra volume) aircan for better small bump compliance. Drivetrain and brakes are Shimano's new XT M8000 groupset and the dropper is Giant's redesigned 125mm post.
