Scott Bikes now in stock

In conjunction with the opening of our brand new Papanui store we’ve introduced Scott bikes to our line up, in both MTB and Road. Scott’s been around since 1958 when they started making ski poles, then in 1986 was the birth of the first Scott MTB - so they are certainly no new comer to the industry.

The Scott brand is packed full of useful features to aid you’re riding experience. On the MTB side they have their patented “Twinlock” system which allows you to fully control the traction settings simultaneously while riding via the remote lever. This replicates Fox’s CTD settings allowing you to switch between all 3 modes - Climb – Trail – Descend. Scott also employs an adjustable geometry by way of a shock mount chip in the rear linkage. By changing this you adjust the bottom bracket height by 7mm, which alters the tube angle by ½ degrees making their bikes super adaptable.
